Kathleen
Hall is the general partner of Principia Communications Strategies.
In addition to her experience as a freelance writer, she has extensive
experience in proposal and report writing. She is a communications consultant, educator, and curriculum developer
who specialises in international and enhanced language training.
Kathleen Hall has more than 25 years experience in ESL/EFL and ELT. She has extensive international experience, having
worked with corporate clients in Korea, Japan, and Eastern Europe.
Kathleen began her ESL career as a researcher for TESL 7 in 1981.
As well as coordinating and managing post-secondary language programs,
Kathleen has developed assessments, curriculum and workshops for
students, trainers, and internationally
educated professionals in a number of fields.
Kathleen earned
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Literature at Wilfrid
Laurier University and went on to do graduate work at McMaster
University. She has studied Economic Geography and Social Anthropology
at Carleton University in Ottawa. After completing her RSA/CTEFLA in
1996, Kathleen continued her professional development with more than 20
